CGA Thanks TURN for Their Support
After an exciting end to the 2022 season, where Stanford captured their third straight title and Paul Juda put together a complete all-around performance to take first, the College Gymnastics Association would like to thank TURN Gymnastics for sponsoring our weekly awards. Following the completion of each week’s competition, a Gymnast, Rookie, and Specialist were named as the award winner.
TURN was created in 2011 to fill the needs of elite male gymnasts, so often overlooked for the glitter and sparkles of women’s gymnastics. Founded by former collegiate (California), international (Great Britain), and professional (FC Bayern München) gymnast David Eaton, TURN was born from an idea to give male gymnasts product that defines the sport of Men’s Artistic Gymnastics. With over 19 years of first hand market research, TURN has created a line of product that performs better, feels better, and looks better.
"It is with immense pride that TURN offers its continued support to the efforts of the Collegiate Gymnastics Association," stated David Eaton, Managing Director of Turn Gymnastics Apparel. "College gymnastics is a core part of our reason for being in business and we are committed to help ensure it will remain an option for future generations.”
TURN outfitted many of the teams that took the floor in Oklahoma at NCAA Championships. While Iowa and Minnesota were not present at NCAAs this year, sponsorships like these go a long way toward rebuilding what has been lost, including the additions of Greenville University and Simpson College.
“On behalf of the College Gymnastics Association, I would like to thank TURN for partnering with us as a corporate sponsor”, stated CGA President Randy Jepson. “Their commitment to quality and creativity have ushered them to the top when it comes to gymnastics apparel.”
This year’s award winners represented the very best of Men’s Gymnastics. TURN helped make recognition possible in 2022 and makes it easier for the College Gymnastics Association to ensure that opportunities will continue to be available at the highest level well into the future for aspiring NCAA gymnasts.
