Week 12 2025 CGA Power Rankings & Conference Week Schedule:

Each week we’ll release a “Power Rankings” that aims to provide a fluid picture of how each team across the NCAA is doing at the moment and where NCAA men’s gymnastics experts see them heading. The (+) or (-) next to each team relates to how far they rose or fell from the week before. This year’s Power Rankings are developed with input from major gymnastics publications including the CGA Coaches Poll, Inside Gymnastics, and Gymnastics Now.

The 2025 USAG championships took place in Annapolis, MD at the United States Naval Academy in which the host emerged victorious in a decisive fashion. Navy (320.7) defeated Army (315.05), Air Force (313.05), William & Mary (310.1), Springfield (308.45), and Simpson (300.8).

Senior captain Isaiah Drake (79.55) led the charge for the Midshipmen and claimed the top spot in the all-around contest in his last showing at his home gym. Air Force’s Erich Upton (78.55) finished second in the all-around followed by Navy Sophomore, Brian Solomon (77.8).

In the event finals contest, Navy continued their dominance. William Champagne (14.0) topped the standings on floor. Air Force’s Patrick Hoopes (14.75) predictably won the pommel horse, and did so by nearly a point and a half.

Brian Rollison (13.35) won rings and made history as this was the first ever USAG Championships title for Simpson College. William & Mary’s Connor Barrow (14.25) topped the charts on vault.

Army freshman, Conor Heary (13.8) swung his way to the title on parallel bars. Navy’s Matthew Petros rounded out the contest, claiming the high bar crown.

This exciting USAG contest sets the stage for conference championships this weekend. In the ECAC we’ll see Navy, William & Mary, Army, Greenville, Springfield, and Simpson head to Inadianola, IA and the campus of Simpson College as Navy attempts to defend the conference they’ve dominated since William & Mary won in 2017.

The Big Ten regular season title was won by Penn State and Michigan. This weekend we’ll see if either team can defend the regular season title at the Big Ten Championships. Either Penn State or Michigan has won the Big Ten title since 2018 when Illinois won. Michigan has claimed the last 4 titles. Ohio State last won in 2017, and since joining the Big Ten conference, Nebraska has yet to win a Big Ten team title. This championship is not going to disappoint. History will be made this weekend.

Air Force will host the 2025 MPSF championships where Stanford looks to defend their title over #1 Oklahoma. While Stanford and Oklahoma will battle it out for first and second, Cal and Air Force are closely matched and the fight for third in this conference looks to be an exciting battle.
