TURN Continues Support for CGA
March 8, 2023
The College Gymnastics Association and TURN have renewed their long standing sponsorship. This sponsorship has been a stalwart for the CGA over the years and continues to be mutually beneficial in the goal to enhance and promote the sport of men’s gymnastics.
“TURN was created in 2011 to fill the needs of elite male gymnasts. Founded by former NCAA (California), international (Great Britain), and professional (FC Bayern München) gymnast David Eaton, TURN was born from an idea to give male gymnasts a product that defines the sport of Men’s Artistic Gymnastics. With over 19 years of first hand market research, TURN has created a line of products that perform better, feels better, and looks better.”
In response to the continued sponsorship between TURN and the CGA, TURN founder David Eaton said, "We're proud to continue our support of the CGA for the 2022-23 season. Through this support we hope to aid the association's ability to strengthen all branches of men's collegiate gymnastics; progress has been made and we must continue to push.” Eaton continued, “We look forward to what will no doubt be a memorable season for the men's gymnastics community."
The mission of the CGA is to grow the profile of NCAA men’s gymnastics while setting the standard for collegiate sport organizations. The CGA aims to continue growing the sport beyond its current 15 members.
In the words of CGA president, Randy Jepson, “The College Gymnastics Association is very pleased to continue our partnership with TURN. The concepts of high performance and elegance are synonymous with the sport of collegiate men’s gymnastics. TURN has demonstrated that these concepts are also consistent with their product line making them literally a great fit for the College Gymnastics Association.”
Beyond their long standing partnership with the College Gymnastics Association, TURN has been instrumental in the growth of our sport. TURN supported the uniform needs of the two new teams The Pictor Group added to the CGA and NCAA this year, Greenville University and Simpson College. In addition, TURN continues to sponsor weekly awards and was a sponsor of the inaugural CGA All Star competition. TURN is both a valued partner of the CGA as well as a valued member of the men’s gymnastics community.
