All Star Competition
East V West
In partnership with Virtius, the College Gymnastics Association presents the second annual NCAA All-Stars. This competition will be broken down by East and West with each team selecting four All-Stars per event. In the coming weeks, keep an eye out for team selections, interviews with athletes, and more to prepare for the CGA All-Star Meet.

Competition format
4v4 on each event.
10.0 scoring system.
Head-to-head format.
The competition will be streamed December 16th at 5:00pm Eastern on YouTube.
Lineup selection
Athletes have been selected for the all-star team based on their placement at last year’s NCAA Championships
Current Freshman can make the team using a petition from their personal coach to the CGA executive committee
The lineups will be determined by the head coach of each team
Head Coaches
Determined based on how their team placed at NCAA championships in the previous year
East Head Coach: Xiao Yuan

Panel of 4 FIG Brevet certified judges
Scoring out of a 10.0
Six skills per routine
Base score of 7.6 (if all element groups are completed)
Difficulty accumulation possible up to 10.0
