CGA Academic All-Americans
Each year the NCAA awards the top academic performances from student athletes. Historically men’s gymnastics has been near the top of the list of NCAA sports that hold a high academic standard. This academic performance is something to celebrate. Congratulations to the University of Illinois for earning the 2024 men’s gymnastics national academic team title.

In addition to a team award the NCAA awards the athlete with the highest GPA at each of their 90 championships with an individual academic award called the Elite 90. For the last two seasons Ian Dinmore (Navy) has held a 4.0 GPA
Athletes with a cumulative GPA between 3.5-4.0 receive a first team citation. Athletes with a cumulative GPA between 3.2-3.499 receive second team citation.
